This type of starter handle has a straight top and metal insert in the top which is removable which is used to secure the rope,  63mm Long,  58mm High,  22mm handle thickness at widest point, 32mm height of stem, Stem is an oval shape so thickness = 16mm one side,  and 13.5mm the other,  CORDS SIZES YOU CAN USE WITH THIS HANDLE ARE  2.5MM UP TO 4.5MM.
