JAPG Mowers and Machinery Delivery and Returns Policy.

1. Dispatch and Deliveries:
1.1 We send parts to anywhere in the UK and most places Worldwide. Options are available when purchasing your parts on the checkout page.
1.2Items stated as in stock are usually dispatched the same day or 24hrs after the order has been placed. On some occasions this may not always be possible due to a high level of orders or a stock level discrepancy so in this situation some items may take 2 to 3 days to be dispatched.
1.3 The majority of items we list we aim to keep stocked and ready for dispatch. There are however a few items that are listed as special order only. These will be stated as such so please read the delivery times before ordering one of these.
1.4 The delivery agents we use are Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
1.5 Next day delivery options are available for UK residents only. Parcel Force is our agent of choice for this speed of delivery. This service is only available for Monday to Friday delivery's. We do not offer this service for Saturday delivery's. The cut off point Monday to Friday is 2:45pm each day. Anything after this will be sent the following day. We can offer special Saturday guaranteed delivery's through Royal Mail but this would have to be specially requested through email of phone.
1.6 It is the customers sole responsibility that the name and delivery address information provided are exactly where they want the order to be delivered to. JAPG Mowers and Machinery ( JAPG LTD ) will not be held responsible for any inaccurate address information provided by the customer which leads an order to be delivered to a previous or old address.
1.7 We do not currently allow local pick up of orders from our warehouses. Everything is dispatched out from us in the mail only. We also do not sell directly from the warehouses so please do not turn up at the premises.
2.1 If an item ordered is not as described or is faulty then items can be returned for a refund. POLICY UPDATE - WE ARE NO LONGER OFFERING EXCHANGES FOR PARTS ORDERED - ONLY REFUNDS ON RETURN OF GOODS - THIS IS DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF TIME AND PAPERWORK INVOLVED WITH PART EXCHANGES.
The cost of returning a faulty product will gladly be met by JAPG Mowers and Machinery.
Product Not Required Or Just Changed You Mind ?:
2.2 If you have ordered a part in error or have just changed your mind you can return it for a refund but the cost of returning an incorrectly ordered part must be met by the customer. This must be done within the allotted timescale, see 3.1 to 3.3. The part must be in the same original new condition with no damage and in its original box or bag.
3. The Law, You and Us.
3.1 You have 14 days to let us know that you wish to return a product or order for a refund. 3.2 Once you have notified us of this you then have a further 14 days to return the product to us. 3.3 Once we have received the product back to us we then have 14 days to refund you.
